`Separately, while we await the E.D. Tex. court’s ruling on Lyft’s motion to dismiss for improper venue, please provide
`any venue discovery AGIS would like to support its opposition to Lyft’s motion so Lyft can investigate the requested
`discovery should the court find such discovery helpful (or necessary) to rule on Lyft’s motion. If it would be helpful to
`discuss AGIS’s venue-related discovery requests, please let me know.
