`Defendant Lyft, Inc. (“Lyft”) hereby respectfully moves to withdraw its Opposed Motion
`
`for Extension of Time to File Bill of Costs and Motion for Fees [Dkt. 356] and Opposed Motion
`
`for Further Extension of Time to File Bill of Costs and Motion for Fees [Dkt. 363] (“Opposed
`
`Motions”). Lyft filed the Opposed Motions on February 2, 2022 and February 17, 2022,
`
`respectively. Counsel for Lyft conferred with counsel for AGIS on February 23, 2022 and reached
`
`an agreement regarding an appropriate extension for Lyft to file any motion for costs and fees
`
`related to this case. The parties’ agreement was memorialized in the parties’ Joint Motion for
`
`Extension of Time to File Bill of Costs and Motion for Fees [Dkt. 364].
