`v.
`
`T-MOBILE USA, INC. AND T-
`MOBILE US INC.,
`LYFT, INC.
`
`
`UBER TECHNOLOGIES, INC., d/b/a
`UBER
`Defendants.
`
`Before the Court is the Claim Construction Memorandum Opinion and Order (“Order”) of
`
`Magistrate Judge Payne dated November 10, 2021 (Dkt. No. 213.) Plaintiff AGIS Software
`
`Development LLC (“Plaintiff”) has filed Objections (Dkt. No. 237) and a Notice of Supplemental
`
`Information Relevant to Plaintiff’s Objections to Claim Construction Order (Dkt. No. 260.)
`
`Defendant Uber Technologies, Inc. (“Defendant”) has filed its own Objections to the Order (Dkt.
`
`No. 238) and a response to Plaintiff’s Notice of Supplemental Information (Dkt. No. 266.)
`
`After considering the reasoning provided in the Order, the underlying claim construction
`
`briefing, Plaintiff’s Objections and Notice, and Defendant’s Objections, the Court agrees with the
`
`conclusions reached within the Order and finds Plaintiff’s and Defendant’s arguments within its
`
`respective Objections unpersuasive. Accordingly, the Court OVERRULES Plaintiff’s and
`
`Defendant’s Objections and ADOPTS Magistrate Judge Payne’s Order.
