`Defendant Uber Technologies, Inc. (“Defendant”) respectfully moves the Court to extend
`
`

`the time to respond to Plaintiff’s Motion for Summary Judgment of Ownership and No Evidence
`
`of Lack of Standing to Assert Patent Infringement (Dkt. 277).
`
`On Monday, January 3, 2022, the Court granted Plaintiff’s motion for leave to file its
`
`motion for summary judgment. Under the current Docket Control Order, responses to dispositive
`
`motions are due on Friday, January 7, 2022. Dkt. 257. To allow Defendant to have sufficient time
`
`to respond to Plaintiff’s new motion for summary judgment, Defendant asks that the deadline to
`
`respond to Plaintiff’s motion be extended up to and through Tuesday, January 18, 2022. Counsel
`
`for Defendant has conferred with counsel for Plaintiff, and counsel for Plaintiff has indicated it is
`
`unopposed to this motion.
