`MOTION TO COMPEL DEFENDANT UBER TECHNOLOGIES, INC. TO
`PROVIDE DISCOVERY RELATING TO FOREIGN RIDES AND ORDERING
`SANCTIONS AGAINST AGIS

`Before the Court is Plaintiff AGIS Software Development LLC’s (“AGIS”) motion to
`
`compel Defendant Uber Technologies, Inc. (“Uber”) to provide discovery relating to foreign rides
`
`(“Motion”). Having considered the Motion, the Court finds that the Motion should be denied, and
`
`that AGIS should be sanctioned for filing the motion.
`

`
`Accordingly, the Court DENIES AGIS’s Motion to Compel Uber to provide discovery and
`
`ORDERS AGIS to pay Uber’s fees incurred in responding to the Motion.
`
