`ORDER

`Before the Court is the Joint Motion to Dismiss with Prejudice Pursuant to Rule 41(a)(2)
`
`filed by Plaintiff AGIS Software Development LLC (“AGIS”) and Defendants T-Mobile
`
`USA, Inc. and T-Mobile US, Inc. (“Defendants”). (Dkt. No. 204.) AGIS moves to dismiss
`
`all claims and causes of action asserted by AGIS against Defendants in the above-captioned
`
`action pursuant to Fed. R. Civ. P. 41(a)(2) because the Parties have settled their respective
`
`claims for relief asserted in the above-captioned case.
`
`After due consideration, the Court GRANTS the motion. It therefore ORDERED that
`
`all claims and causes of action asserted by AGIS in this action against Defendants are
`
`DISMISSED WITH PREJUDICE, each Party to bear all attorneys’ fees, costs of Court, and
`
`expenses by the Party incurring the same.
