`Defendant Lyft, Inc. (“Lyft”) respectfully moves for an expedited briefing schedule on its

`motion to stay pending resolution of its motion to dismiss. Lyft contends that expedited briefing
`
`is appropriate given the impending deadlines, as detailed in Lyft’s motion.
`
`Accordingly, Lyft requests that Plaintiff AGIS Software Development LLC’s opposition
`
`brief be due on Monday, November 22, 2021, and Lyft’s Reply due on Tuesday, November 23,
