`ORDER GRANTING DEFENDANT UBER TECHNOLOGIES, INC.’S MOTION
`TO COMPEL ADDITIONAL DEPOSITION TIME FOR MALCOLM BEYER JR.

`Before the Court is Defendant Uber Technologies, Inc.’s (“Uber”) motion to compel
`
`additional deposition time for Malcolm Beyer Jr. Having considered the Motion, the Court finds
`
`that the Motion should be granted.
`
`
`
`Accordingly, the Court GRANTS Uber’s Motion to Compel additional deposition time for
`
`Mr. Beyer. It is therefore ORDERED that AGIS produce Mr. Beyer for five additional hours of
`
`deposition time within seven days of this order, independent of any deposition time requested by
`
`Lyft.
