`Before the Court is Plaintiff AGIS Software Development LLC (“AGIS”) and
`
`Defendants T-Mobile USA, Inc. and T-Mobile US, Inc. (collectively, “T-Mobile” or
`
`“Defendants”) (collectively, the “Parties”) Motion to Dismiss with Prejudice all claims and
`
`causes of action asserted by AGIS against Defendants in the above-captioned action pursuant to
`
`Fed. R. Civ. P. 41(a)(2). Having considered the motion, the Court finds that it is well-taken and
`
`it is hereby GRANTED, and it is hereby
`
`ORDERED that all claims and causes of action asserted by AGIS in this action against
`
`Defendants are hereby dismissed with prejudice, each Party to bear all attorneys’ fees, costs of
`
`Court, and expenses by the Party incurring the same.
