`Before the Court is Plaintiff AGIS Software Development LLC (“AGIS”) and Defendant
`
`Uber Technologies, Inc., d/b/a Uber’s (“Uber”) (collectively, the “Parties”) Joint Motion for Entry
`
`of AGIS’s Third Amended P. R. 3-1 & 3-2 Infringement Contentions and Uber’s First Amended
`
`P. R. 3-3 & 3-4 Invalidity Contentions. Dkt. No. 195.
`
`After due consideration, the Court GRANTS the motion. It is therefore ORDERED that
`
`AGIS may servve its Third Amended P. R. 3-1 & 3-2 Infringement Contentions and Uber
`
`may serve its First Amended P. R. 3-3 & 3-4 Invalidity Contentions.
