`Uber Technologies, Inc., d/b/a Uber’s (“Uber”) (collectively, the “Parties”) Joint Motion for Entry

`of AGIS’s Third Amended P. R. 3-1 & 3-2 Infringement Contentions and Uber’s First Amended
`
`P. R. 3-3 & 3-4 Invalidity Contentions.
`
`After consideration, the Court GRANTS the Joint Motion for Entry of AGIS’s Third
`
`Amended P. R. 3-1 & 3-2 Infringement Contentions and for Entry Uber’s of First Amended P. R.

`3-3 & 3-4 Invalidity Contentions and it is therefore, ORDERED.
