`Before the Court is Plaintiff AGIS Software Development LLC (“AGIS”), Defendants T-
`
`Mobile USA, Inc. and T-Mobile US, Inc. (collectively “T-Mobile”) and Third-Party Intervenors
`
`Smith Micro Software, Inc. and Smith Micro Software, LLC (collectively “Smith Micro”)
`
`Stipulation and Joint Motion to Dismiss With Prejudice all claims and causes of action asserted
`
`by AGIS against T-Mobile relating to, and only to, T-Mobile’s FamilyWhere and FamilyMode
`
`products and services in the above-captioned action pursuant to Fed. R. Civ. P. 41(a)(2).
`
`Having considered the stipulation and joint motion, the Court finds that it is well taken, it
`
`is hereby GRANTED, and it is hereby ORDERED that all claims and causes of action asserted by
`
`AGIS in this action against T-Mobile’s FamilyWhere and FamilyMode products and services are
`
`hereby dismissed with prejudice, each Party to its own costs and fees, including attorneys’ fees.
`
`Smith Micro’s pending Motion to Intervene and Motion to Stay (Dkt. 114) is withdrawn.
