`The parties informed the Court of any agreements made thus far and the disputes still at issue.

`The parties will be allowed 11 hours of evidence per side. The parties will have 30 minutes per
`side for voir dire. Eight jurors will be seated. The parties will have four preemptory strikes
`each side. The parties will have 30 minutes for opening statements.

`The parties will provide 10 juror notebooks at the beginning of the trial. Each notebook shall
`contain a sheet with a photo of each witness with the name under the photo and lines for taking
`notes, a copy of the patent, the Court’s claim construction and a 3-hole punched note pad. The

`Plaintiff’s counsel was instructed to file their final reduction of claims by February 14, 2022 and
`Defendants’ counsel was instructed to file their final prior art elections by February 21, 2022.

`Mr. Kennerly brought up the issue regarding interpreters and proposed one interpreter for both
`sides. Fred Williams confirmed that this is acceptable.
`
`The Court heard Defendants’ objections to Plaintiff’s Motions in Limine. Fred Williams,
`Michael Simons and John Wittenzellner argued for plaintiff. Chris Kennerly and Allan Soobert
`argued for defendants. The Court made rulings.
`
`After the break, the Court heard Plaintiff’s objections to Defendants’ Motions in Limine. The
`Court made rulings.
`
`Chris Kennerly and Allan Soobert then argued Defendants’ Motion for Partial Summary
`Judgment of No Infringement and No Damages (Dkt. No. 140). John Wittenzellner responded.
`
`The next pretrial conference will be held on February 25, 2022 at 9:00 a.m.
