`Plaintiff Gesture Technology Partners, LLC (“GTP”) and Defendants Samsung Electronics

`Co., Ltd. and Samsung Electronics America, Inc. (“Defendants”) (collectively, the “Parties”)

`respectfully request the Court extend the deadline for the Parties to mediate and show the Court as
`
`follows:

`Pursuant to the Court’s November 5, 2021 Order (Dkt. 117), the deadline to mediate is
`
`December 20, 2021. The Parties have scheduled a mediation with the Honorable David Folsom on
`
`January 5, 2022.
`
`Accordingly, the Parties respectfully request the mediation deadline be extended up to and
`
`through January 5, 2022.
