`Plaintiff Gesture Technology Partners, LLC (“GTP”) and Defendants Samsung Electronics
`
`Co., Ltd. and Samsung Electronics America, Inc. (“Defendants”) (collectively, the “Parties”)
`
`hereby provide notice that they believe this case is amenable to mediation. The Parties have
`
`conferred and agreed to mediate in front of the Honorable David Folsom.
