`Before the Court is the Joint Motion to Dismiss Pursuant to Rule 41(a)(2) With Prejudice

`filed by Plaintiff Ultravision Technologies, LLC and Defendant Samsung Electronics Co., Ltd.
`
`(Dkt. No. 90).
`
`After consideration, the Court GRANTS the Parties’ Motion. It is therefore ORDERED
`
`that all claims for relief asserted against Defendant by Plaintiff and all counterclaims asserted by
`
`Defendant against Plaintiff are DISMISSED WITH PREJUDICE. It is further ORDERED that
`
`all attorneys’ fees, cost of court, and expenses be borne by each Party incurring the same.
`
`All relief not expressly granted in this Order is DENIED.
`
`The Clerk of Court shall keep the lead case open as defendants remain.
