`Before the Court is Defendant KeyMe, LLC’s (“KeyMe”) Motion to Redact Portions of
`
`the September 30, 2020 Hearing Transcript (the “Motion to Redact”). (Dkt. No. 213). In the
`
`Motion to Redact, KeyMe asks the Court to order the redaction of the transcript for the hearing
`
`held on September 30, 2020, which contains KeyMe’s confidential business information. KeyMe
`
`asks the Court to redact the transcript as indicated in Exhibit A to the Motion to Redact. (See Ex.
`
`A, Dkt. No. 213-1). Having considered the Motion to Redact, and noting that it is unopposed, the
`
`Court is of the opinion that the same should be and hereby is GRANTED. Accordingly, it is
`
`ORDERED that the aforementioned transcript shall be redacted as set forth in Exhibit A of the
`
`Motion.
`

`In view of the foregoing, KeyMe’s identical motion in the Member Case (No. 2:20-cv-70,
`
`Dkt. No. 71) is DENIED AS MOOT. The parties are directed to make all future filings in the
`
`Lead Case, consistent with the Court’s Consolidation Order. (See Dkt. No. 212, at 5).
