`Pursuant to the Court’s Standing Order Regarding Readiness for Status Conference,

`Plaintiff The Hillman Group, Inc. (“Hillman”) hereby gives notice to the Court that this case is

`ready to be set for a scheduling conference at the Court’s convenience. Defendant KeyMe, Inc.

`(“KeyMe”) filed two Fed. R. Civ. P. 12 motions (D.I. 12/13/16 and D.I. 14) on July 25, 2019 in

`response to Hillman’s June 3, 2019 Complaint (D.I. 1).

`KeyMe filed a Motion to Dismiss for Improper Venue or, in the Alternative, to Transfer to

`the Southern District of New York (D.I. 12/13/16), with an accompanying Motion to Seal (D.I.

`11) on July 25, 2019. KeyMe additionally filed a Motion to Transfer Venue to the Southern
`
`District of New York Under 28 U.S.C. § 1404 (D.I. 14) on July 25, 2019.
