`Plaintiff. Mr. Rhodes argued for Cooley and for the Defendant.
`The Court ORDERED Mr. O’Quinn and Mr. Rhodes to meet and confer after the
`hearing. Mr. Rhodes is then to prepare and file a declaration within 72 hours. The
`Court CARRIED ruling on the motion.
`Court adjourned.
