`Before the Court is Defendants Samsung Electronics Company, Ltd. and Samsung
`
`Electronics America, Inc.’s (collectively, “Samsung”) Unopposed Motion for Extension of Time
`
`to Move, Answer, or Otherwise Respond to Plaintiff’s Complaint and Waiver of Foreign Service
`
`Requirement (the “Motion”). (Dkt. No. 9.) Having considered the same and being advised that
`
`Samsung “has agreed to waive service under the Hague Convention for Samsung Electronics
`
`Company, Ltd., a foreign entity, in exchange for a 60 day extension of time for all defendants to
`
`answer or otherwise plead by February 25, 2019,” the Court is of the opinion that the Motion
`
`should be and hereby is GRANTED.
`
`It is therefore ORDERED that the deadline for Samsung to answer or otherwise respond
`
`to Plaintiff Uniloc 2017 LLC’s Complaint (Dkt. No. 1) is hereby extended up to and including
`
`February 25, 2019.
`
