`to on or before DECEMBER 11, 2017. Further, the Parties stipulate and agree to an extension
`
`of time for Apple, Inc. to file its Reply in support of the above-referenced Motion (Dkt. No. 53)
`
`from December 4, 2017 to on or before JANUARY 2, 2018.
`
`The Parties do not file this Agreed Motion for the purposes of delay, but rather to allow

`the parties to adequately address the complexity of the issues associated with the pending
`
`Motions and in order that justice be done.
