`Before the Court is Defendant’s Motion to Dismiss for lack of personal jurisdiction or, in
`
`the alternative transfer pursuant to § 1404. (Dkt. No. 29). Having considered the Motion and
`
`briefing, specifically Plaintiff’s Response wherein Plaintiff “requests that it be permitted to
`
`conduct jurisdiction-related discovery of HTC prior to a determination on the instant motion,”
`
`(Dkt. No. 40 at 17), the Court hereby ORDERS limited Jurisdictional Discovery. This Discovery
`
`is not supplemental to or in addition to the Discovery in this case, but is a part of the normal
`
`Discovery in this case. All Jurisdictional Discovery must be completed within 45 days of the
`
`issuance of this Order to accord with the front-loaded nature of the inquiry. Within 14 days of the
`
`close of Jurisdictional Discovery, the Parties shall file renewed briefing on the issue of personal
`
`jurisdiction.
