`JOINT MOTION TO CONTINUE STAY OF ALL DEADLINES

`Plaintiff Agis Software Development LLC (“Agis” or “Plaintiff”) and Defendant HTC
`
`
`
`Corporation (“HTC” or “Defendant”) (together the “Parties”) file this motion to continue the stay
`
`of all case deadlines and request the Court to continue the stay until May 1, 2019.
`
`I.
`

`
`On March 5, 2019, this Court granted a stay of all deadlines in this matter (Dkt. No. 269).
`
`The current stay runs until April 1, 2019.
`
`II.
`
`
`
`The Parties are aware of this Court’s requirements set forth in its Order (Dkt. No. 269)
`
`staying this matter. The Parties however respectfully request this additional extension. The
`
`Parties have diligently worked towards resolving all disputes related to the written settlement
`
`agreement in efforts to purposefully avoid involving the Court. However, the parties are still
`
`working on the final agreement and need this additional time to finalize the terms and obtain the
`
`necessary signatures. In this context, the Parties respectfully request the additional stay to
`
`complete the process of finalizing and executing the settlement agreement and filing the
`
`appropriate dismissal papers.

`The Parties seek this extension of time not for delay, but for good cause so that justice
`

`may be served.

`WHEREFORE, the Parties respectfully request the Court grant this Motion and enter the

`proposed order submitted herewith continuing the stay up to and including May 1, 2019.
