`Plaintiff AGIS Software Development LLC (“AGIS”) hereby submits its Sur-Reply in

`Opposition to LG Electronics Inc.’s (“LG”) Sealed Motion for Summary Judgment of Non-
`
`Infringement of U.S. Patent No. 8,213,970 (Dkt. 112).
