`Defendants LG Electronics Inc. and HTC Corporation (collectively, “Defendants”) and

`Plaintiff AGIS Software Development, LLC (collectively “The Parties”) hereby file this Joint

`Motion to Amend Docket Control Order. Currently, February 18, 2019 is the deadline for filing a
`
`Joint Pretrial Order, Joint Proposed Jury Instructions, Joint Proposed Verdict Form, Responses to
`
`Motions in Limine, Updated Exhibit Lists, Updated Witness Lists, Updated Deposition
`
`Designations and to Serve objections to Rebuttal Pretrial Disclosures. The parties have agreed to
`
`extend the filing of these documents by one additional day to February 19, 2019, to allow the
`
`parties the opportunity to meet and confer to attempt to further agreement regarding these filings
`
`and limit the areas of dispute for the Court. Therefore, for good cause shown, the parties seek
`
`this amendment to the deadline for the filings on February 18, 2019 as set in the Court’s Fourth
`
`Amended Docket Control Order [Dkt. 141] as follows:
