`Plaintiff AGIS Software Development, LLC (“AGIS”) and Defendants Huawei Device

`USA Inc., Huawei Device Co., Ltd, Huawei Device (Dongguan) Co., Ltd, and LG Electronics,
`
`Inc. (collectively, “Defendants”) jointly and respectfully request that the Court enter a First
`
`Amended Docket Control Order in order to align this case with related actions being litigated
`
`against Apple, Inc., HTC Corporation, ZTE Corporation, ZTE (USA), Inc. and ZTE (TX), Inc.
`
`This First Amended Docket Control Order will streamline the cases and promote judicial
`
`economy in consolidating the cases for Markman.
`
