`and location-based industries, and over 33 published patents, Angie currently serves as Chief Investment Officer at
`kepler3, Inc., a private investment company focused on investing in promising businesses.

`Additionally, Angie was driven by her desire to add entrepreneurial and STEM training to the educational options in
`her local community, and founded Tinkubator, a private cutting—edge academy that emphasizes project-based and
`interest—based experiential learning. Her students have access to expertise and R&D equipment that explores
`technologies in 3—D printing, genomics, software and wireless development, artificial intelligence, patent authoring,
`and more. Angie's mission is to bridge education with humanitarian purpose.

`Previously she co-founded and led software development at Networks In Motion (NIM) in 2000, which provided
`Location Based Services (LBS) to the world’s Wireless carriers, including one ofthe country’s first wireless personal
`navigation services for mobile devices. In 2009 NIM received the Southern California LAVA Award forthe Best Exit in
`Internet & Technology when it was acquired by a public company. Prior to co-founding NIM, she worked at CalTech’s
`NASA/Jet Propulsion Laboratory (JPL) in a wireless communication research and development section as well as on
`control systems over various spacecraft. Angie graduated from University of Southern California (USC) with a MSEE in
`1997, and Virginia Polytechnic Institute (VPI) with a BSEE in 1996. Angie is currently living in Southern California with
`her husband and four children.
