`Before the Court is Defendant Apple Inc.’s Unopposed Motion to Withdraw Counsel (the

`“Motion”). (Dkt. No. 277.) Defendant Apple Inc. requests that Michael P. Stadnick with the law
`firm of Desmarais LLP be permitted to withdraw as counsel of record for Apple Inc. in the above-
`
`captioned matter. Plaintiff AGIS Software Development LLC does not oppose the Motion.

`Having considered the Motion, the Court is of the opinion that it should be and hereby is
`
`GRANTED. It is therefore ORDERED that Michael P. Stadnick shall be permitted to withdraw
`
`as counsel of record for Defendant Apple, Inc. in the above-captioned matter. ECF Notifications
`
`to the above-mentioned attorney are to be terminated in this case.
