`JOINT MOTION TO EXCEED PAGE LIMITS
`
`Plaintiff AGIS and Defendant Apple Inc. respectfully request a one page increase, from
`
`five pages to six pages, for Apple’s reply brief in support of its Daubert motion to exclude opinions
`
`of Mr. Alan Ratliff relating to damages (Dkt. No. 231) and AGIS’s sur-reply brief.
`
`Eastern District of Texas Local Rule CV-7(a)(2) provides that any reply or sur-reply in
`
`regards to a non-dispositive motion shall not exceed five pages. Apple requests one additional
`
`page to clearly and adequately brief the issues before the Court in its reply, and AGIS is requesting
`
`one additional page for its sur-reply brief. The parties therefore respectfully request that the Court
`
`allow a one page extension of the limits described by local rule CV-7(a)(2) for a total of six pages
`
`for Apple’s reply brief and six pages for AGIS’s sur-reply brief.
