`Pursuant to Local Rule CV-11(d), Defendants Huawei Device USA, Inc., Huawei Device

`Co., LTD. And Huawei Device (Dongguan) Co., Ltd, (“Huawei”) files this Unopposed Motion

`to Withdraw Counsel (the “Motion”). In support of this Motion, Huawei shows the Court the

`following:

`Michael Anthony Berta, having appeared in the above-captioned case on behalf of

`Huawei, will no longer be working on this case as counsel for Huawei.
`

`James S. Blackburn, having appeared in the above-captioned case on behalf of

`Huawei, will no longer be working on this case as counsel for Huawei.

`The withdrawal of Michael Anthony Berta, James Blackburn, Nicholas Lee,

`Robert W. Unikel and Marisa Armanino Williams as counsel for Huawei will not delay the

`proceedings in this matter.

`Huawei has met and conferred with Plaintiff, and Plaintiff does not oppose this

`Motion.

`Therefore, Huawei requests that this Motion be granted and that Michael Anthony

`Berta, James S. Blackburn, Nicholas Lee, Robert W. Unikel and Marisa Armanino Williams be

`removed from the official service list in this case.
