`Before the Court is Plaintiff AGIS Software Development LLC (“Plaintiff”) and

`Defendant LG Electronics,

`Inc.'s

`(“Defendant”) (collectively the "Parties")
`
`Joint Motion
`
`to Extend
`
`the Deadline to
`
`file each Party's respective proposed Findings of Fact and
`
`Conclusions of Law. (Dkt. No. 177.) The Court held an Evidentiary o n August 8, 2018
`
`and ordered the Plaintiff and Defendant to file proposed Findings of Fact and Conclusions of
`
`Law within seven days of said hearing, (Dkt. No. 173), relative to Defendant's Motion to
`
`Dismiss or Transfer. (Dkt. No. 46.) The Parties move to extend the deadline from August
`
`15, 2018 to on or before August 17, 2018.
`
`Having considered the Motion, the Court is of the opinion that the Motion should be and
`
`hereby is GRANTED and the deadline for Plaintiff AGIS Software Development LLC
`
`and Defendant LG Electronics, Inc. to file each Party's respective proposed Findings of Fact
`
`and Conclusions of Law is hereby extended through and until AUGUST 17, 2018.
`
