`parties to file its proposed Findings of Fact and Conclusions of Law ordered at the Evidentiary

`Hearing of August 8, 2018 to be filed within seven (7) days (Dkt. 173, p. 2) of said hearing

`relative to LGE’s Motion to Dismiss or Transfer (Dkt. 46) from August 15, 2018 to on or before

`AUGUST 17, 2018.
