`Court opened. Counsel announced ready for hearing.
`The Court held the evidentiary hearing on the Defendant LG Electronics, Inc.’s
`Motion to Dismiss for Lack of Personal Jurisdiction or, in the Alternative, to
`Transfer Venue to the Northern District of California (Dkt. No. 46). Mr. Baxter,
`counsel for Plaintiff, and Mr. Wolf, counsel for LG, addressed the Court re the
`procedure for submitting evidence pertaining to the Motion to Dismiss. The
`Court accepted the declaration of Todd Parish along with all other record
`evidence submitted by the parties to complete the evidentiary record. Counsel for
`all parties represented that these submissions represented the totality of the
`evidence which the Court should consider. The Court also agreed to, without
`objection, to take judicial notice of certain matters on a U.S. Government
`website. The Court indicated that the evidence submitted would be reviewed
`after the hearing. The Court then heard argument as to the Motion to Dismiss.

`For the Court’s consideration, Mr. Fabricant requested that the deposition

`Mr. Wolf agreed to. Recess.
`10:28 a.m. Court reconvened.

`The Court heard argument on the Motion to Transfer portion of the Motion filed
`by LG. Mr. Berta argued on behalf of LG. Mr. Fabricant argued on behalf of
