`ORDER SETTING EVIDENTIARY HEARING ON MOTION
`
`The Court issues this Order sua sponte. The Court recently set Defendant LG Electronics,
`
`Inc.’s (“LGEKR”) Motion to Dismiss for Lack of Personal Jurisdiction or Transfer for
`
`Convenience, (Dkt. No. 46), for an evidentiary hearing. (Dkt. No. 144). The Court issues this
`
`Order to CLARIFY that the evidentiary hearing is set only as to the issue of personal jurisdiction.
`
`The Court may, at its discretion, also hear argument from counsel on the second issue presented
`
`in the Motion, transfer pursuant to § 1404, following the evidentiary hearing. If the Court takes
`
`up the § 1404 issue it will not be an evidentiary hearing but, rather, a presentation of attorney
`
`
`

`argument as to the evidence and issues already of record as to the possible transfer based upon
`
`convenience.
