`At the motions hearing scheduled for October 24, 2018, the parties should be prepared to
`
`discuss the legal question of whether goods that are shipped to a Samsung subsidiary in the
`
`United States and exported for sale in other countries are relevant to the calculation of damages
`
`for patent infringement in the United States. The Court will not require the filing of briefs on
`
`that issue at this time, but will expect the parties to be prepared to address the issue orally in light
`
`of all available legal authorities, including Synqor, Inc. v. Cisco Systems, Inc., No. 2:14-cv-286,
`
`2014 U.S. Dist. Lexis 188906 (E.D. Tex. Aug. 11, 2014).
`
`In addition, by October 23, 2018, at 3:00 p.m., Eastern Time, the parties are directed to
`
`file a list of any authorities not already cited in the briefs that the parties intend to rely on at the
`
`hearing, including any authorities directed to the issue set forth above.
