`Plaintiffs Allergan, Inc. and the Saint Regis Mohawk Tribe hereby respectfully request
`that the Court unseal the parties briefing regarding joinder of the Saint Regis Mohawk Tribe to
`this case, Dkt. 513 and 514. Those documents were initially filed under seal because they quoted
`confidential material from various agreements between Plaintiffs (Exs. B, C, and D to Dkt.
`508). With this motion, Plaintiffs are filing redacted versions of those underlying exhibits,
`which make public all quoted material. As a result, there is no longer any confidential material
`in either of Dkt. 513 or 514, and Plaintiffs respectfully request that the Court unseal those two
`documents.
`Plaintiffs have conferred with Defendants, and this motion is unopposed.
