`file its bill of costs until thirty days after the appeal in this matter is final. This extension will

`prevent the parties from having to expend additional resources before the matter is resolved on

`appeal. The parties thus respectfully request that the Court order that Mylan shall submit its bill

`of costs by thirty days after the appeal is final.

`Before the Court is Plaintiffs’ and Mylan’s Joint Motion for Extension of Time to Submit

`Costs in this matter. After careful consideration, the Court concludes that the Motion for an
