`Pursuant to 35 U.S.C. § 282(c), Defendants Volkswagen Group of America and
`
`Volkswagen Group of America Chattanooga Operations (collectively, “VWGoA”) submit the
`
`following notice to Plaintiff Blitzsafe Texas, LLC (“Blitzsafe”) of patents and publications to be
`
`relied upon as anticipation of the patent in suit or as showing the state of the art, and persons who
`
`may be relied upon as the prior inventor or as having prior knowledge of or as having previously
`
`used or offered for sale the invention of the ’786 patent and the ’342 patent. The prior art listed
`
`has been previously disclosed to Blitzsafe in VWGoA’s invalidity contentions, expert reports, and
`
`other discovery materials.
`
`In addition to the materials identified below, VWGoA further identifies any prior art
`
`materials cited on the face, in the specification, or in the prosecution history of the ’786 patent and
`
`the ‘342 patent, identified in VWGoA’s Invalidity Contentions Pursuant to Patent Rules 3-3 and
`
`3-4 served on January 19, 2016, and identified in the Expert Report of Scott Andrews on Invalidity
`
`served on September 19, 2016.
