`judgment of invalidity under 35 U.S.C. § 102(b) and § 103(a), filed by Defendants SightLogix,

`The request to file a motion for summary judgment is GRANTED.

`It is further ORDERED that the Court will not impose a requirement in this case that

`parties submit letter briefs seeking permission to file summary judgment motions. Parties may

`file summary judgment motions prior to the deadline to file dispositive motions without seeking

`or obtaining leave of Court.1
