`Before the Court is a letter brief requesting permission to file a motion for summary

`judgment of invalidity under 35 U.S.C. § 102(b) and § 103(a), filed by Defendants SightLogix,
`
`Inc., Agent Video Intelligence Inc., and On-Net Surveillance Systems Inc. (Dkt. No. 122).
`
`
`
`The request to file a motion for summary judgment is GRANTED.
`
`It is further ORDERED that the Court will not impose a requirement in this case that
`
`parties submit letter briefs seeking permission to file summary judgment motions. Parties may
`
`file summary judgment motions prior to the deadline to file dispositive motions without seeking
`
`
`
`or obtaining leave of Court.1
`
