`In Honda's initial disclosures, we identified Satoru Minowa of Honda R&D Co. as possessing "information
`relating to the development, design, operation and functionality of the accused features of the Accused
`Instrumentalities." Minowa san resides in Japan. However, Minowa san will be in the United States in
`early August. As a courtesy to Plaintiff, Minowa san will be available to be deposed on August 4 in
`Torrance, California. If we do not go forward with the deposition that day in Torrance, his deposition will
`need to take place in Japan. Please confirm that you or one of your colleagues will be available to take
`the deposition on August 4 in Torrance.

`Separately, please let me know dates of availability for Ira Marlowe for deposition during the weeks of
`August 8 and August 22.
