`and respectfully move for permission to withdraw as counsel for Plaintiff, B.E. Technology,

`L.L.C. The undersigned have left the firm of Freitas Angell & Weinberg LLP.1 Granting this

`motion at this early stage will cause no prejudice to either party and both Plaintiff and Defendant

`have consented to the withdrawal. B.E. Technology, L.L.C. will continue to be represented by
