`From Representation (D.E. 60), filed November 22, 2013, to allow the withdrawal of Adam C.

`Simpson as counsel of record for Plaintiff. This Court having reviewed Plaintiff's Motion finds

`the Motion well taken and should be GRANTED. Adam C. Simpson is hereby excused from
`
`further representation of B.E. Technology, L.L.C. in this matter. B.E. Technology, L.L.C. will
`
`continue to be represented by members of the firm of Martin, Tate, Morrow & Marston, P.C. and
`
`the firm of Freitas, Tseng & Kaufman, LLP.
