`PLEASE TAKE NOTICE that pursuant to Rule 30 and Rule 45 of the Federal Rules of
`
`Civil Procedure, Defendant Apple Inc., by its attorneys, hereby gives notice of the service of a
`
`subpoena to Yuichiro Tsutsui. The subpoena commands Mr. Tsutsui to appear for the taking of
`
`a deposition upon oral examination commencing at 9:00 a.m. on November 20, 2013, at CSR
`
`Associates of Nevada LLC, 2330 Paseo Del Prado, Suite C-303, Las Vegas, NV 89102. In
`
`accordance with the provisions of Rule 30(b)(3) of the Federal Rules of Civil Procedure, the
`
`deposition will be conducted before an officer authorized by law to administer oaths and will
`
`be recorded by stenographic and video means, and may also be displayed through the instant
`
`visual display of the testimony (e.g., LiveNote).

`You are invited to attend and participate as provided in the Federal Rules.
