`Representation (ECF No. 34), filed January 29, 2013, to allow the withdrawal of David Eiseman,

`Brett Watkins, and Pamela L. Van Dort as counsel of record for Barnes & Noble, Inc. This
`
`Court having reviewed Defendant’s Motion, the Court finds the Motion well taken and should be
`
`GRANTED. David Eiseman, Brett Watkins, and Pamela L. Van Dort are hereby excused from
`
`further representation of Barnes & Noble, Inc., in this matter. Barnes & Noble, Inc., will
`
`continue to be represented by Mark Vorder-Bruegge, Jr., and Glen G. Reid, Jr., in this matter.
