`Before the Court is the Defendant’s unopposed Motion for an Extension of Time (ECF

`No. 14), filed October 26, 2012. The Motion being unopposed, the Court GRANTS Defendant’s

`motion. Therefore, it is hereby ORDERED that:

`Defendant’s deadline under Fed. R. Civ. P. 12(a) to respond to the Complaint is

`extended and set as December 31, 2012; and
`
`(2)

`the deadline for service of Plaintiff’s Initial Infringement Contentions is January

`7, 2013.
