`Defendant Facebook, Inc., hereby respectfully moves the Court for an order extending
`
`the deadline for Facebook to serve Initial Non-Infringement Contentions pursuant to Local
`
`Patent Rule (“LPR”) 3.3 and for Facebook to produce or make available for inspection
`
`documents pursuant to LPR 3.4. to February 21, 2013.
`
`
`
`In support of this motion, Facebook states that the purpose of this request is to permit
`
`Facebook to obtain further information about the operation of the accused method to prepare its
`
`Non-Infringement Contentions. Plaintiff B.E. Technology, L.L.C., agrees to this request. It is
`
`not anticipated that this extension will affect any other deadlines in the case.
