`Defendant Amazon Digital Services, Inc. (“Amazon”) respectfully moves this Court for
`
`an order transferring this case to the United States District Court for the Northern District of
`
`California pursuant to 28 U.S.C. § 1404(a). This Motion is based on the accompanying Memo-
`
`randum of Points and Authorities, the supporting declarations of Jeffrey Dean and Amanda Hud-
`
`son, the pleadings and records on file in the action, and upon such additional evidence and argu-
`
`ment as may be presented. Given that this Motion may result in transfer of this case out of this
`
`District and in light of fast-approaching deadlines under this Court’s Local Patent Rules, Ama-
`
`zon respectfully requests an expedited consideration of this Motion.
