`

`Defendant.
`______________________________________________________________________________
`
`
`PLAINTIFF’S UNOPPOSED MOTION FOR EXTENSION OF TIME TO
`RESPOND TO AMAZON DIGITAL SERVICES, INC.’S MOTION TO DISMISS
`______________________________________________________________________________
`
`
`Comes now Plaintiff B.E. Technology, LLC (“B.E. Technology”), by and through the
`
`undersigned counsel, and files its Unopposed Motion for Extension of Time to Respond to the
`
`Motion to Dismiss filed by Defendant Amazon Digital Services, Inc. (“Amazon”) at D.E. 32. In
`
`support of its Unopposed Motion, B.E. Technology requests an additional seven (7) days, up to
`
`and including Thursday, February 14, 2013, in which time to respond in opposition to Amazon’s
`
`Motion to Dismiss. B.E. Technology requests this additional seven days in order to give it time
`
`to adequately respond to Amazon’s Motion to Dismiss. Because Amazon has consented to the
`
`requested extension and because good cause exists for the extension, B.E. Technology requests
`
`that the Court allow it an additional seven days, up to and including Thursday, February 14,
`
`2013, in which time to respond in opposition to Amazon’s motion.
