`inadvertently matured into Registration No. 6899564. The Board regrets this
`
`situation, but is without authority to vacate the issuance of said registration.

`Accordingly, the matter will be forwarded to the Office of the Commissioner for
`
`Trademarks for consideration of the cancellation of the registration, following which
`
`further appropriate action will be taken with respect to the request for extension of
`
`time to file an opposition.
`
`Potential Opposer should note that the Board will not suspend the time for filing
`
`a notice of opposition for any reason. TBMP § 209.01. Accordingly, if Potential
`
`Opposer wishes to preserve its right to oppose, it must continue to file requests for
`
`extension of time to oppose, if available, or a notice of opposition.
