`Power, Inc. on February 5, 2024 (cid:894)(cid:862)Petitio(cid:374)(cid:863)(cid:895):
`
`1. Regarding ¶ 1 of the Petition, Respondent lacks knowledge or information sufficient
`
`to form a belief about its truthfulness.
`2. ¶ 2 of the Petition is denied. The evidence Petitione(cid:396)’s application itself shows that
`
`the earliest use of LATINAS & POWER was June 19, 2020.
`
`3. Regarding ¶ 3 Respondent admits being an individual, which address 1111 Brickell
`
`Bay Dr. Suite 1705, Miami, FL 33131.
`
`4. Regarding ¶ 4 Respondent admits she registered a corporation in Florida on April 11,

`2017. However, this is irrelevant since Respondent in her individual capacity is the owner of
`Regist(cid:396)aio(cid:374) Nos. (cid:1009)(cid:1010)(cid:1010)(cid:1012)(cid:1011)(cid:1009)(cid:1008) a(cid:374)d (cid:1009)(cid:1010)(cid:1010)(cid:1012)(cid:1011)(cid:1009)(cid:1007).
